Tasks

-Develop in-depth knowledge of assigned Yardi software products. -Teach users how to navigate the software, utilize key features, and apply troubleshooting techniques. -Create and execute training plans that align with project goals and user needs. -Conduct engaging product and software training sessions using a variety of instructional formats (e.g., webinars, in-person workshops, and virtual courses). -Continuously refine training content to ensure clarity, effectiveness, and alignment with software updates.
