Tasks

-Design and implement strategies to streamline operations and eliminate inefficiencies. -Benchmark performance against industry standards and best practices. -Work closely with teams in operations, finance, HR, and IT to align improvement initiatives with business goals. -Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards. -Promote a culture of continuous improvement across all departments. -Develop local capabilities and coach teams on improvement methodologies. -Develop and monitor KPIs to track operational performance. -Provide training and mentorship in Lean and Six Sigma tools. -Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to improve workflows and reduce waste. -Identify process risks and implement controls. -Lead cross-functional improvement projects and Kaizen events. -Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

What You Bring

This role focuses on optimizing business processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of excellence using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Total Quality Management (TQM). Experience in Process improvement, Making Policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). -Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, and other quality improvement tools. -Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), PMP, or ITIL are preferred. -Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. -5+ years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or related roles. -Excellent communication and leadership abilities. -Experience with performance measurement and benchmarking. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Strategic thinking and ability to drive change.
