What You Bring

-Knowledge of federal and local affordable housing regulatory requirements -Track record of successful property operations -7+ years of property management experience -Proficiency in Yardi and Microsoft Office -Strong leadership abilities and team-building skills -Tax Credit Specialist and/or Certified Occupancy Specialist certification -Financial acumen and analytical mindset -Excellence in resident relations and communication
