Tasks
-Use Otis’ sales tools to effectively track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast results -Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities as well as comprehension of product knowledge -Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales goals and growth objectives -Prospect, sell, negotiate and close contract deals with a focus on long-term partnerships -Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders -Manage opportunities in the CRM pipeline -Collaborate with internal operations and account management colleagues to ensure seamless onboarding & implementation of solutions, and to understand equipment and field technician capabilities -Deliver effective and tailored product demonstrations and sales presentations -Identify and target potential clients through cold calling, market research and networking
