Manage creation, maintenance, and quality of master data in SAP for manufacturing operations.

Tasks

-Coordinate with different areas the material creation for logistic purposes within the ERP. Work with operations and purchasing to ensure data accuracy. -Participating in the development, updating, and maintenance of procedures, tools, and metrics. -Ensuring that master data integrity, cleansing, normalization, and quality is maintained efficiently and accurately in all systems within scope of responsibility. -Assisting in the overall solution of quality issues by participating in the elimination of non-conformance by developing inspection plans for critical parts characteristics.

What You Bring

-Experience with BOM management, material classification, and production routing setup. -Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US. -Material Master Data parametrization based on business processes -Excellent communication and organizational skills -Strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills. -Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience, or master’s in business administration. -Familiar with interpreting engineering drawings -3+ years of experience in SAP master data management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
