Tasks

-Use governance forums, reporting, forecasting and planning processes to ensure we have the resources and capability in place to deliver on our promises to customers, now and in future -Prepare Contract variations and retention of existing Contracts -Deliver strategic management of internal and external relationships, with a culture of value-added partnerships -Ensure resources and strategies are in place to manage financial and commercial risks aimed at achieving positive and sustainable outcomes -Implementing commercial risk and issue management

What You Bring

-Extensive knowledge of organisational, management and leadership practices -Exposure of mobilising large contracts and workforces on a greenfield and/or brownfield basis -People leadership, including talent management, resourcing, inclusion and retention -Accomplished to lead operational delivery of capital projects and service contracts that are both a combination of self-perform, and subcontract partner delivery models -Experience managing operational budget setting and realisation in the infrastructure engineering, construction and maintenance industries -Profitability, Growth and Cost management including Margin Improvement -Ability to manage a portfolio of contracts/projects of varying size and complexity -Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated experience reporting to senior decision makers
