The Role

Overview

Administer and optimize Litmos LMS for compliance training and reporting

Tasks

-Maintain awareness of LMS best practices, industry trends, and new technologies. -Identify trends in training data and recommend targeted interventions to improve outcomes. -The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. -Partner with subject matter experts to design and update course content that meets regulatory and company standards. -Administer and maintain the Litmos LMS, ensuring system functionality, data accuracy, and user accessibility. -Provide application support and training for LMS users and business unit administrators. -Track, analyze, and report on training completion rates, learner performance, and compliance metrics. -Manage learning paths, curricula, certifications, and training assignments across multiple business groups. -Develop and upload e-learning content using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Storyboarding applications. -Work with Corporate LMS and business teams to identify enhancement requests and best practices -Coordinate LMS-related projects, ensuring deliverables are on time and within scope.

What You Bring

-Knowledge of compliance training requirements in a corporate or regulated environment preferred. -Advanced skills in Excel or other data analysis and reporting tools. -Excellent organizational and time management abilities. -Professional certifications in a Computer Science discipline, Data Analytics, or similar background, are advantageous. -Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Instructional Design, HR Development, Info Systems, or related field. -Experience with environmental, health, and safety terminology and practical field knowledge. -General understanding of the energy industry and familiar with industry terminology. -Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently. -Working knowledge of databases. -Experience with PowerBI or Qlik analytic dashboard development a plus. -Advanced proficiency level in MS Office applications including: Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, SharePoint, MS Teams. -Experience in compliance reporting and regulatory training environments. -Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and a driving record satisfactory to the company and its insurers (for travel). -Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools, including Articulate Storyline, Rise, and storyboarding software. -Professional certifications in an EHS discipline, or similar background, are considered a plus. -This position requires limited travel, primarily for occasional meetings at other company locations or essential business activities. Travel is estimated at approximately 5%, and may include both ground and air transportation. -Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with effective verbal and written communication. -Minimum of 3 years of experience administering Learning Management Systems. -Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities. -The nature of the work requires a significant amount of visual acuity for reading in both electronic and hard copy formats in order to review documents, proofread work, create documents, and perform tasks in KM’s EHS compliance systems. -Ability to work effectively in a team environment, follow supervisory direction, and adhere to schedules and work rules.
