Tasks

-Identify, prioritize, and govern improvement opportunities aligned with strategic goals -Use KPIs, metrics, and value driver trees to uncover insights and improvement areas -Engage stakeholders to understand challenges, align initiatives, and communicate progress effectively -Work with senior leaders to design and implement new operating models -Develop business cases to secure approval for value-adding projects that enhance productivity and performance -Partner with Technology and other Business Units to uncover opportunities and accelerate value delivery -Lead and deliver initiatives that achieve cost savings and drive operational efficiency

What You Bring

-Bachelor's degree in operations management, engineering, accounting or related field -Proficiency in operational assessments, recommendation development, and framework implementation -Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing abilities -Demonstrated leadership experience guiding cross-functional teams -Strong strategic thinking and communication skills to influence decision-making -Experience in Operational or Manufacturing industries -Proven experience delivering business improvement projects in complex environments -Knowledge of digital transformation, change management, and project delivery frameworks
