Tasks
Hanini is currently looking for a prudent Property Manager to be responsible for the direct management oversight of assigned commercial/residential properties. The goal is to maximize asset value, tenant satisfaction and revenue. -Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants -Construct and manage annual budgets by predicting needs and analyzing variations, data, and trends. -Source and build relationships with prospective tenants to expand business opportunities -Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards. -Negotiate lease/contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner -Monitor all aspect of the assigned properties -Monitor and evaluate the performance of the employees at the premises. -Check for standards-compliance and schedule maintenance. -Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses. -Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants. -Create business strategies and business plans that suit tenants for the assigned properties.

What You Bring
-Excellent English (written and verbal). Spanish is a plus. -Competence with office management software. -Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills -Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software -Exhibits excellent interpersonal skills in communications in person, by e-mail, and telephone and provides information with courtesy and tact; follows instructions effectively from a diverse group of clients, attorneys, and staff. -Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints. -Ability to work well under pressure and with constant interruptions. -Good research skills on applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations -Demonstrate an ability to meet strict deadlines, with multiple projects while maintaining organized project files. -Solid knowledge of office software such as Google Docs, Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and CRM. -Must process creative problem-solving skills, resourcefulness, and tenacity. -Ability to work overtime, if needed based on the office's collective workload and impending deadlines. -Customer focus and bottom line orientation -Displays expertise in areas of essential functions; understands and applies current information technology, and resources necessary to best achieve work results. -Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. -knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management -Well organized with excellent time management skills. -1-3 years experience in commercial real estate or sales. -1-3 years’ management experience is a plus. -Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred, preferably in property management. -Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a team. -Negotiation skills.
