Tasks

-Assisting in coordination of activities between external resources and the customer, guaranteeing that the external resources are fully informed on site works planning activities, product knowledge, and safety procedures. -Maintain day-to-day communication with customers on project progress and escalate issues promptly to internal and external stakeholders as required. -Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports with customers and relevant stakeholders. -Participating in on-site reviews and ensuring all project cost adjustments approved by the Site Manager or Construction Site Manager are updated in business system. -Ensure supporting site manager with all projects are executed safely by adhering to TBT, JSA, PTA, and 5S practices at the workplace. -Performing site survey and determining required steps to execute site works activities. -Supporting in cost-control for the project site work, monitoring actual spend against forecasts, and estimating the final cost for the same.

What You Bring

-Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical or production engineering. -6+ years of relevant experience in Bodyshop/Chassis shop installation and commissioning within Automotive OEMs, Tier-1s, or line builder environments. -Strong knowledge of BIW processes, welding lines (Spot, ARC, SPR/FDS), fixture handling, layout interpretation, and familiarity with pneumatics, sensors, and automation elements.
