Tasks

-Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process. -Partner with department managers to craft accurate, compelling job descriptions and hiring criteria. -Represent The Greenery at career fairs, campus events, and networking opportunities. -Coordinate and attend interviews with hiring teams; provide insights and recommendations. -Occasional travel to career fairs, campuses, and branch locations. -Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and internal policies. -Support offer creation and negotiation, ensuring internal equity and compliance. -Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and guide candidates through each stage of the process. -Identify and deploy effective recruiting methods tailored to each role and department. -Verify candidate credentials and references. -Manage job postings, advertising, and sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

What You Bring

-Highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated. -Primarily office-based, with regular computer use. -Strong time management skills and attention to detail. -Proven ability to design and execute sourcing strategies for diverse roles. -Exceptional Customer Experience – Delighting our clients every day. -Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices. -SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential preferred. -Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -5+ years of experience managing all phases of recruiting and hiring processes preferred. -Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities. -Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite. -Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
