BIM Modeler

Overview

Provide BIM modeling and coordination for HVAC, process, and plumbing systems using AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam.

Tasks

-Process and manage backgrounds provided by trade partners -While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit for prolonged periods, stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. -Prepare project-deliverable packages for transmittal/submission -Use Bluebeam or other drawing markup tools to coordinate changes with designers and engineers -The employee may regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. -Apply training and project experience, and demonstrate constant improvement of technical abilities -Manage time to meet project schedules and task deadlines -Check completed work for quality, clarity, and use of ACCO BIM standards -Setup and model 2D/3D drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and other BIM software -Communicate design and constructability issues/challenges with project team -Manage files on share sites, network servers, and software platforms
