Maintain and service fire & security systems for clients

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Plan and respond to routine and re-active call visits in your area. -Attend training sessions as and when required. -Maintain Fire & Security Systems in your assigned area. -Attend Engineering team meetings as and when required. -Respond to service calls on all types of Fire and Security systems in line with current standards and customer requirements. -Maintain effective communication with customers when planning site visits. -Identify any personal training and development needs to help you provide the best possible customer service. -Maintain your stock levels with support from your team leader

What You Bring

-Are proficient in fault finding and problem-solving -Are flexible and able to work on-call or overtime as required -Have a full, clean UK driving license -Demonstrate good knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations -Possess strong customer service skills and ability to build positive relationships with clients -Hold relevant industry qualifications -Have proven experience in maintaining and servicing fire alarm, CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems
