Tasks

-Provide support for other applications and services as requested by the SAP Centre of Excellence. Contribute as possible where the area is outside of the job holder’s technical expertise. -Provide technical and operational expertise for Major Incident Management and ensure timely resolution of Major Incidents -Provide second/third line technical support in areas where job holder possesses unique technical expertise. -Liaise with the functional SAP experts and business teams in order to assist with the ongoing functional support of SAP -Perform detailed planning & project management of implementation activities for updates & patching where required -Build, manage and maintain effective relationships with SAP Centre of Excellence, third party suppliers and the Business streams -Perform different types of upgrade (Kernel upgrade, SPS upgrade, version upgrade, EHP upgrade) -Perform system health audits to validate system status & report to SAP Centre of Excellence Lead -Ensure the adherence of SAP functional best practices are adhered to during Incident and Problem investigation and resolution -Provide technical feasibility and appropriateness of proposed incident & problem resolutions when alternative solutions are available -Provide appropriate assessment of SAP OSS notes with regard to relevance for Lixil Operations -Complete quality documentation for the SAP environments -Ensure effective root cause analysis and problem management.

-Excellent logical thinking mind to differentiate sequence of events. -STMS usage and configuration -Good team worker with strong communication and interpersonal skills. -Experience with working in a relevant international environment doing Incident resolution, problem management and change request/enhancement support. -Security Management (tech, roles built, UAM) -Fluent business English, both verbally as well as in written communication -ITIL Knowledge and Experience -ADM315 – Performance Tuning -SOLMAN (SMSY, MOPZ, EWA, BPM) -SCRUM Knowledge and Experience -SAP Process Management -Excellent critical thinking skills to identify root cause of issues to drive for efficient results -Technically proficient in Linux, Unix, and Windows. -Operational Basis Administration Experience in S/4, ECC, BW/4, CRM, Content Server, Web Dispatcher, SAProuter, BO BI Platform, BO Data Services.. etc. -Self-starter to sometimes work under limited guidance and instructions. -SAP client Management -Attitude to listen and understand the needs of respective parties. -ADM100 - Basis Admin -ADM200 - Basis Admin - Java Stack -Customer focus and shows ownership of incidents and problems. -Unicode & Non-unicode system -Effective and skillful communicator. -ADM103 - Basis Admin
