FP&A Analyst

Tasks

-Liaise with key stakeholders from various departments to provide insights and obtain information required for model updates -Maintain existing models to ensure accuracy and up to date company performance -Iterate on existing models to improve efficiency -Assist with Annual budget creation, forecasts and variance analysis -Identify trends and recommend actions -Assist in the management of the budgeting and forecasting process including regular updates to current performance pacing models -Support the Oracle ERP implementation for the FP&A function -Test assumptions and perform robust scenario analysis, benchmarking against competitors and external data -Assist in updating financial models with actuals, conduct variance analysis, find and communicate insights -Prepare presentations for the Senior Leadership Team and Board of Directors -Monitor KPIs on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, identifying trends and proactively working with operational leaders on opportunities to grow the business -Streamline processes and modelling to incorporate scenario analysis and improve responsiveness

Proficient in other Microsoft Office applications including Word and PowerPoint -Strong verbal and written communication skills -Self starter, proactive in recognizing opportunities for model improvement and can act upon them -Analytical and decision-making skills are on point and you have the ability to identify complex issues and communicate creative solutions
