Tasks

-Grow and segment the email database, ensuring GDPR compliance. -Maintain and update all digital touchpoints, including websites and in-house media screens. -Track campaign performance via Google Analytics and deliver insight-led monthly reports. -Stay current with digital trends, platform updates, and marketing best practices. -Support tailored guest and member communications. -Coordinate the marketing calendar and align digital efforts with business goals. -Collaborate across departments for cohesive campaigns and event support. -Lead email marketing: write, build, test, schedule, and report on campaigns. -Ensure local digital activity aligns with Fairmont and Accor brand standards. -Plan, launch, and optimise paid digital campaigns (social, search, metasearch, display) with agencies and Accor central marketing.

What You Bring

-Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere Pro. -Excellent written and spoken English with an articulate and engaging writing style -Skilled with a creative flair in photography, videography and content creation. -Proven success in social media management and growth. -Strong project management skills with the ability to lead initiatives. -3–4 years of marketing experience, ideally in luxury hospitality. -Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot or MailChimp. -An understanding of key social KPI’s and confidence to report back results to a wider team audience including senior stakeholders -Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field (preferred).
