The Role

Overview

Assist accounting, handle billing, office tasks and event coordination in Sarasota office.

Tasks

-Receive, sort, and distribute mail/packages -Coordinate, plan, and manage internal and external local office events/parties -Process monthly billings -Coordinate and manage reservations, conference rooms, and appointments -Manage Accounts Payable/Concur expense reporting -Order office and kitchen supplies and restock when necessary -Respond to inquiries professionally in person, over the phone, and online -Technical editing for contracts and reports -Place lunch orders and plan for staff gatherings -Professionally greet visitors and direct them to the correct person or department

What You Bring

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Proficiency in Microsoft Office software. -Organizational and time management skills -Bachelor’s degree in accounting -High school diploma or equivalent -Must be in the Sarasota, FL area as this is an in office position. -Familiarity with basic accounting/bookkeeping principles.
