Overview

Lead MEP delivery, testing & commissioning for data centres, managing contractors & safety.

Tasks

-Review and validate contractor method statements, manpower plans, and resource loading. -Ensure compliance with local safety regulations (e.g., DOSH, BOMBA) and intervene in EHS issues when necessary. -Oversee on-site MEP activities, including planning, daily reporting, and managing contractor performance. -Collaborate with stakeholders to align construction progress with project milestones and operational goals. -Lead the commissioning process by coordinating stage gates, timelines, and execution sequencing.

What You Bring

-Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills with a proactive, fast-paced mindset. -Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and comprehension) to coordinate effectively with Mandarin-speaking teams. -10–12 years of MEP project management experience in data centers or mission-critical environments. -Deep technical knowledge of M&E systems, including HVAC, electrical, fire protection, and BMS. -Proven experience with testing, commissioning, and contractor coordination.
