The Role

Overview

Perform emergency restoration and disaster relief for private and commercial properties on Oahu.

Tasks

-Safely remove affected and/or contaminated materials that may be wet, burnt or bio-hazardous. -Restock supplies as needed, keep company vehicle clean and ready for emergency calls. -Maintain professional demeanor when communicating with clients either on job site, over the phone, text or email. Respond to communication in a timely manner. -Work efficiently to maintain good time management and minimize time needed to respond to job sites. -Follow IICRC standards for restorative processes for water mitigation, mold remediation and fire restoration. -Keep accurate records of time cards, checkout forms, vehicle records and any job paperwork.

What You Bring

-Capable to lift 50+ lbs., standing for extended periods of time, stretching, kneeling, bending, crawling, climbing, etc. -Be available for routine on call rotational emergency services and after-work hours. -Valid IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) preferred or equivalent restoration experience. -Basic knowledge of construction basics -Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. -Skilled at using common programs such as Encircle and MICA. -Must pass background check -Basic knowledge of water mitigation and dry logs is helpful but not required -High School Diploma, GED or equivalent. -Availability to work 24/7: on-call, weekend work, and assist emergency calls/projects as needed.
