Graduate joins delivery team to assist project engineers/managers on water projects.

Tasks

Working within the Delivery team you will be an integral part of the delivery of many projects you will cover assisting the Project engineer and Project manager and gain knowledge and understanding in the management of projects. Throughout the programme you will work on all stages of the project including design by providing assistance in the following; assisting the Project engineer and Project manager and gain knowledge and understanding in the management of projects. Throughout the programme you will work on all stages of the project including design -Lead a variety of projects across different teams whilst honing your stakeholder engagement and management techniques -Be accountable for your own development by working outside of natural comfort zones and learning from mistakes -Utilise your presence in different teams to share knowledge and create efficiencies where possible -Develop an understanding of project management techniques which promote collaboration, synergy and out performance to deliver against our overall goals and objectives

What You Bring
