Tasks
-Collaborate with project managers to support the successful execution of project budgets, schedules, and client communications. -Manage, mentor, and guide intermediate and junior team members to strengthen design knowledge and professional growth. -Provide technical direction and quality oversight on design deliverables such as drawings, calculations, reports, specifications, and cost estimates. -Lead the civil engineering discipline on multi-disciplinary projects -Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams including process, structural, electrical, building mechanical, and architectural experts to ensure cohesive and technically sound designs. -Monitor and manage design schedules, technical scopes, and quality control processes to meet internal and client expectations. -Serve as the technical point of contact for clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders throughout the design and implementation process. -Lead and oversee the technical design delivery of municipal infrastructure, water and wastewater conveyance projects through all project phases, from concept to construction and commissioning.

What You Bring
-Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. -Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex engineering concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. -Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in the process design and delivery of municipal infrastructure, water and wastewater conveyance projects. -Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario. -Experience working with municipal clients in Ontario, especially in the GTA or Southwestern Ontario. -Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and effectively coordinate across departments. -Proven expertise in the detailed design and construction package, and working with design and construction team throughout the project duration. -A proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering technically sound, constructible solutions.
