Provide technical support and leadership for annular isolation products and applications.

Tasks

-Assisting with technical preparation of key Annular Isolation tenders and bids. -Updating and reviewing changes to Annular Isolation global documents. -Leading New Product Introduction (NPI) and New Product Revenue (NPR) efforts by training Sales, Operations, and Customers on new products and services. -Working on Field Incidents related to products/services -Leading Geomarket applications engineers in their product and applications selections and work in alignment with Global Product Line strategy. -Collaborating with Geomarket Sales and Operations teams to develop and champion product design improvements. -Providing technical support to the Geomarkets for Annular Isolation tools. -Handling special projects, as assigned.

What You Bring

-Have ability to manage, develop, coach and mentor teams across organization boundaries -Have fluency in English. -Have minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Technical Support. -Have thorough technical background in with focus on Annular Isolation products, technologies, and installation. -Have demonstrated ability work in a global matrix organization -Have strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills -Have must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship. -Have experience in District Engineering job role -Have thorough understanding of P/L and technical job planning requirements -Have Rig site experience with installation of Wellbore Construction products. -Have excellent leadership, strong interpersonal, influencing and planning skills -Have ability to be on call outside of normal business hours -Have ability to use the available processes and software tools available in BH for Wellbore Construction (TubeMove, SwellPREdictor, Torque & Drag, SAP, etc.) -Have must have the ability to travel (typically travel to rig sites, customer facilities, meetings, etc.) -Have excellent communication and presentation skills -Have Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of experience in Annular Isolation Operations or Engineering roles OR Non-degreed candidate with 10+years of Annular Isolation operations experience.
