Tasks
Lead projects. Mentor teams. Deliver critical infrastructure solutions. This is a leadership role where you will guide complex utility infrastructure projects from planning through construction, provide technical direction, and mentor the next generation of engineering talent. -Coordinate permitting and regulatory compliance at local, state, and federal levels. -Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring projects align with their goals and expectations. -Provide technical oversight to ensure designs meet the highest standards and regulatory requirements. -Lead project teams on water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including treatment plants, pump stations, collection and distribution systems, and regional system planning. -Develop asset management plans, system mapping strategies, and other strategic engineering deliverables. -Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering professional development and knowledge transfer.

What You Bring
A well-established civil engineering consulting firm with a strong regional presence across the South-Eastern United States is seeking an experienced Senior Water/Wastewater Project Engineer. -Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (or related discipline). -7+ years of municipal water/wastewater design experience. -Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within six months. -Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and other relevant engineering software. -Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as needed. -Strong leadership, communication, and client engagement skills.
