-Ensure adherence to design standards and project timelines -Create high-quality schematics and layouts based on company design principles -Mentor junior team members and collaborate with consultants -Perform surveys, calculations, equipment selections, and layouts -Review shop drawings, conduct field observations, and prepare reports

-Experience with commercial/corporate, retail, and hospitality interiors -Strong communication and organizational skills -Proficiency in Microsoft Office -Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD -Professional Engineering License -Ability to manage multiple projects under strict timelines -Bachelor’s degree in Engineering -4+ years in a professional engineering design role
