Overview
Perform installation, repair, and replacement tasks in mechanical projects.

Tasks
-Determines work requirements from the Foreman or from provided construction documents -Complies with OSHA and Company Safety plans and requirements at all times. -Monitors condition and safety of Tools and Equipment and assures proper maintenance has been requested or provided. -Reports on-time, ready for work each day with required tools and safety equipment. -Provides all required data for the reporting of time and job progress as required. -Performs in highest quality and most efficient manner the installation, repair, or replacement of tasks for assigned job or area -Maintains a safe and clean work area. -Treats all customer representatives with respect at all times and always behaves in a professional manner that reflects positively on the Company. -Performs work effectively and correctly according to instructions, documents and appropriate standard procedures required for the specific installation, repair, or replacement systems. -Communicates with the Foreman regarding job progress and issues needing attention, as required.

-Consistently accomplishes assigned work on time and at the quality standard expected by the Company. -Must be attentive to details and willing to learn -Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment -Ability to handle high levels of noise, cold and hot weather conditions and moving machinery -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -High School Diploma or equivalent -Ability to meet all assigned deadlines -Consistently available when scheduled and can be depended upon. -Conforms to the policies outlined in the employee handbook. -Begins work as assigned and works productively throughout the day. -Previous experience in construction preferred -Valid Texas Drivers License -Flexible and able to accommodate changing priorities and directions -Ability to multitask
