The Role
Overview
Provide administrative and reception support for Equans at Royal Infirmary.

Tasks
-Co-ordinate with the Department Managers, Division staff and Equans Staff, delivering effective customer service, providing administrative support and to be an integral part of the team. -Prepare relevant letters to support the wider team. -Assist with collating weekly/monthly site reports. -Assist with processing of PPM’s, Reactive Tasks & Follow-ons. -Undertake reception duties which include Control of contractors via E- Permit system, distribution of visitors PPE & general reception duties. -Assist with processing HR documentation, inductions & update systems. -Assist with compiling Newsletter. -Maintain highest level on confidentiality. -Preparing and Issue of Site ID Cards. -Processing orders, invoices, receipting and billing & cash reconciliation to strict deadlines. -Work co-operatively across multiple IT systems in support of our operational teams on site. -Using the photocopier and scanning of documentation.

What You Bring
-Knowledge of Microsoft word and excel. -Responsible, trustworthy, and reliable. -Previous experience within Administration is a must. -Exceptional communications skills and have the ability to liaise with management and operatives at all levels. -Experience within a Healthcare environment is advantageous. -Flexible and adaptable to change at a high pace. -Good attention to detail. -Previous knowledge of CAFM Systems – advantageous.
