Tasks
-Defines and effectively communicates to stakeholders the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. -Conducts research on industry trends, competitor products, and customer feedback. -Focuses on identifying and addressing local needs by gathering and prioritizing regional business requirements. -Coordinates and oversees the execution of regional solutions by steering the implementation team to ensure alignment with business goals. -Attends meetings as required and/or assigned. -Works closely with development to ensure product features meet quality and functional standards. -Effective at managing projects, taking ownership of related processes and accountability for delivering high-quality outcomes -Collaborates closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather and refine requirements. -Manages release schedules and ensuring smooth delivery of features and updates. -Ensures effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders to guarantee successful delivery of business outcomes. -Builds and maintains positive, productive relationships within and across teams, customers, and vendors -Analyzes product performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. -Creates and delivers engaging presentations for all levels of the organization. -Effectively manages multiple tasks and priorities -Creates detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications. -Prioritizes and maintains the product backlog to ensure timely delivery of features.

What You Bring
-5-7 years of experience in product management or related roles required -Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex technical issues -Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field required -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills -Communicates effectively, both verbally and in writing -Business Analysis Certifications (CBAP, IIBA-AAC) for business analysis skills preferred -Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and time-management skills -Proficient at creating and engaging presentations -Proficient in the use of common office equipment and software – including: computers, printers, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint -Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to effectively partner with key stakeholders and tactfully exercise influence across the organization -Works effectively in a fast-paced and sometimes uncertain environment, making sound decisions based on best available information -Proficiency in gathering and analyzing business requirements -Required to travel up to 10% of the time. -Prior work experience in project management for product delivery required -Master’s Degree (MBA or similar) preferred -Product Management Certifications (CPM) for managing products preferred -In-depth knowledge of (or the ability to quickly learn) the specific business processes for assigned functions -Stakeholder-oriented and demonstrates a collaborative approach to work
