Tasks
Purchase Ledger and general accounting duties -Ensure that timesheet information is collated and processed within the payroll deadlines -Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to resolve queries -Maintain a high level of accuracy in all financial record -Process employee expense claims -Calculate and process commissions, bonuses and deductions -Handle payroll related queries and resolve discrepancies -Prepare and distribute payroll reports to umbrella companies -Support the finance team with month-end and year-end processes -Coordinate with HR and management team to ensure accurate data -Verify timekeeping records and reconcile timesheets -Process supplier invoices and credit notes -Process monthly payroll for employees -Assist in preparation of monthly management accounts -Processing weekly payroll for freelance candidates
