Infrastructure Specialist

Overview

Manages hybrid AD/Azure AD, Wi‑Fi, virtual desktops and overall infrastructure across sites.

Tasks

Supporting and configuring enterprise Wi-Fi networks (Meraki, Unifi or similar) - VLANs, device onboarding, authentication. Providing technical support for Azure Virtual Desktop or Citrix environments, managing thin clients and user performance. Working closely with key stakeholders across the business to deliver a reliable, responsive service. Owning routine systems administration - patching, updates, monitoring, and documentation. Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, and group policy management.
