-Liaise with external consultants to ensure seamless project coordination -Manage and coordinate teams on large and international projects from concept stages to technical coordination -Support and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and delegating tasks effectively -Oversee architectural and interior projects from inception to construction stages, ensuring smooth progression through all work stages -Act as the primary contact for client communications and relationship management

With notable projects around the globe and a healthy pipeline of design-led project ahead of them, our client is looking for a strong leader who is able to build relationships with clients, consultants and contractors and lead projects from concept to technical stages. With a strong understanding of technical stages, the ideal candidate would ideally have luxury experience through hospitality and/ or retail projects and bring a strong flair of creativity and narrative to given projects. Our client an international architecture and design studio, who is leading the way with their innovative and modernistic approach to design, is looking for Senior Architect/Designer, with experience in luxury retail and hospitality, to join their social and welcoming studio in west London. -Previous experience leading a team and coordinating projects with external consultants -Previous experience working on international projects would be beneficial -Demonstrate strong design skills and technical proficiency -Strong proficiency in Revit and Rhino is essential for the role -Strong communication and presentational skills -Work effectively as part of a collaborative and dynamic team -A minimum of 5 years’ experience working on large-scale projects -Experience working on project from concept to technical stages is essential for the role -A master’s degree in architecture, interior architecture or interior design is required for the role
