Tasks

-Suggest process improvements and enhancements to optimize HCM operations. -Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to the team. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions. -Provide expert support and guidance on Oracle HCM modules, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. -Manage and prioritize support tickets for multiple customers, adhering to defined SLAs. -Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Oracle HCM modules. -Document and maintain knowledge base articles for future reference. -Ensure data integrity and security across all HCM systems. -Stay updated with the latest Oracle HCM releases and best practices. -Train and mentor junior team members on Oracle HCM modules.

What You Bring

-Extensive experience in supporting Oracle HCM modules, with a focus on Core HR, Absence, Compensation, and Talent. -Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud or on-premise implementations. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions. -Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. -A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. -Proven track record in managing support tickets and resolving customer issues within defined SLAs. -Familiarity with Oracle HCM reporting and analytics tools. -Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and modules. -Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
