Oversee survey/geospatial operations, business development, staff, finances, projects, and fleet.

Tasks

-Oversee fleet resources, including vehicle maintenance, repair approvals, and coordination with vendors. -Business Development and Marketing:Collaborate with Regional Manager to develop and execute strategic plans for business development within the survey and geospatial sector.Identify and pursue opportunities with transportation agencies, municipalities, private clients, and other relevant entities.Cultivate and maintain local client relationships through regular communication and engagement.Lead marketing efforts, including proposal writing, technical writeups, and participate in opportunities for professional development. -Perform recruitment, hiring, and training processes to ensure a skilled and cohesive team. -Monitor project financials, including revenue, expenses, and profitability, and take appropriate actions to address variances. -Manage survey and geospatial projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards. What You Bring

-Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience. -Professional Surveyor & Mapper (PSM) or Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license. -Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities. -Extensive experience in surveying, geospatial, or related field. -Proficiency in technologies used in surveying and geospatial analysis. -Demonstrated proficiency in people management and leadership. -Strong business development and client management skills.
