What You Bring

-Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, contract management, project delivery methods, building systems/components and technology -Prior experience with K-12 building construction or other public projects -Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering discipline, Construction Management, or Architecture -At least 5+ years of experience involving multiple phases of large-scale building/rehabilitation projects -Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Project Management Professional (PMP) Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect license/certification -Ability to manage the multiple projects concurrently, display leadership and resolve critical issues pertinent to the project and client
