Tasks

-Provide support and troubleshooting for deployed bots. -Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. -Document automation processes, technical specifications, and user guides. -Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities. -Maintain and monitor existing RPA solutions, ensuring optimal performance and scalability. -Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using platforms such as UiPath. -Ensure compliance with security and data governance standards.

What You Bring

-Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. -Familiarity with Agile methodologies. -Experience with OCR, machine learning, or AI integrations. -Strong understanding of process mapping and workflow design. -Certification in RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath Certified Developer). -Experience with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines is a plus. -3+ years of experience in RPA development. -Proficiency in one or more RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism). -Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. -Knowledge of databases and SQL. -Experience with scripting languages and APIs.
