Tasks

-Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with Strata’s business objectives and growth goals -Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team focused on creativity, collaboration, and accountability -Identify emerging market trends, competitive opportunities, and customer insights to shape marketing priorities -Provide leadership, direction, and coaching to the marketing team -Support event strategy and execution to maximize visibility and stakeholder engagement -Partner with executive leadership to define the company’s narrative, brand architecture, and go-to-market approach across EPC and O&M business lines (solar, storage, and hyperscaler solutions) -Foster professional growth and skill development across the team -Drive thought-leadership efforts through conferences, industry panels, and strategic partnerships -Encourage innovation and cross-functional collaboration across the organization -Build integrated campaigns that drive awareness, lead generation, and measurable business results -Oversee public relations, media relations, and external communications to enhance visibility and credibility -Oversee development of high-quality content such as white papers, case studies, presentations, and videos that highlight Strata’s expertise -Develop and manage the marketing budget to ensure effective resource allocation and maximum impact -Establish metrics and KPIs to measure marketing performance and continuously refine strategies -Leverage analytics to optimize online engagement, conversion, and ROI across all digital touchpoints -Lead brand management, messaging, and visual identity to ensure consistency across all channels and audiences -Conduct regular performance reviews and guide professional development -Lead digital marketing initiatives including social media, website strategy, and content marketing -Develop proactive and responsive communication strategies, including crisis communications as needed

What You Bring

-Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization -Proven success developing and executing integrated marketing strategies for B2B or energy-infrastructure organizations -Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or business administration (master's preferred) -Demonstrated ability to manage brand reputation, media engagement, and digital campaigns with measurable results -Must be able to sit, stand, bend, twist and lift up to 20 pounds. -10–15 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the renewable-energy, cleantech, or related industry -Drive storytelling that amplifies Strata’s purpose, innovation, and impact in renewable energy
