What You Bring

-2–3+ years of experience on a commercial power trading desk -Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with origination and analytics teams -Hands-on exposure to PJM and/or MISO power markets -Be able to provide fixed price hedges to other portfolios -Comfortability with transacting on ICE and with brokers -Be familiar with term and spot portfolio management
