Tasks

-Monitor equipment and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime -Track production metrics and implement process improvements -Lead night shift operations of the aggregates plant to ensure safe and efficient production -Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations -Supervise and support plant personnel to meet performance and quality goals
