Tasks

-Analyze operational and administrative data to derive insights and recommendations. -Participate in developing organizational performance measurement systems and linking them to strategic objectives. -Design interactive dashboards that illustrate goal achievement levels. -Prepare presentations and reports on performance outcomes for senior management. -Develop and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across departments and business units. -Support departments in interpreting performance results and developing improvement plans. -Monitor departmental performance and prepare periodic reports including analysis, results, and observations.

What You Bring

-Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance measurement or corporate performance management. -Bachelor’s degree in Management, Statistics, Systems Engineering, or a related field. -Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills. -Proficient in analytics and dashboard tools such as Excel and Power BI. -Familiarity with performance management methodologies, especially the Balanced Scorecard approach.
