-Participate in recruiting, hiring, training, and personal development initiatives -Influences strategic alliances and drives business solutions -Builds strong relationships with senior clients and key decision makers -Build and maintain a diverse network of industry, community, and strategic partners -Drive sales growth through prospecting, closing new business, and expanding existing accounts -Support collections, RFP processes, and operational commitments to customers -Utilize Salesforce as the primary sales management tool -Collaborate with National and Regional Sales teams for a cohesive sales strategy -Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed goals
