-Perform residential HVAC system installations with precision, professionalism, and a focus on safety -Promote the Tom Drexler brand and uphold company standards -Maintain a clean, professional appearance and safe, organized job sites -Train and mentor installation helpers assigned to assist on projects -Ensure timely and accurate completion of all required paperwork -Keep customers informed throughout the installation process, ensuring satisfaction and trust -Manage truck inventory and equipment for maximum efficiency -Maintain communication with dispatch, manager, parts, and installation teams -Remove old systems and install new ones, following installation checklists and HVAC codes.

What You Bring

-Active Journeyman HVAC License -Strong communication skills and customer service mindset -Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar software -Residential HVAC installation experience -Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening -Experience leading or mentoring junior HVAC technicians -Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and varying weather conditions -Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
