Overview
Oversee aerial telecom install/maintenance, ensure safety, guide crew, and handle storm response.

Tasks
-Provide guidance and support to others as needed -Routinely: work with arms above shoulder level, at heights in confined spaces and alone in remote locations, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, use ladder, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs and lift objects greater than 55 pounds -Safely use equipment like bucket truck, digger derrick, excavators -Ensure successful installation of fiber/telecom cables, materials, or support structures according to relevant codes, regulations, and customer requirements. -Safely use hand tools and power tools like wrenches, drills, and saws -Ensure work areas are safe and that traffic flows smoothly while on the job -Safely work at heights using climbing hooks and ladders -Complete daily work orders and crew checks to document productivity and safety compliance

What You Bring
-Must be able to pass a DOT physical exam, resulting in a valid medical card -Occasionally: use keyboard and mouse -High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience -At least 3 years of related work experience -Valid state driver's license (cannot be Provisional), including an acceptable driving record -Be ready to travel for storm response on short notice -To be 18 years of age or older -CDL Class “A” driver license is preferred -To be a certified pole climber or be willing to become certified -Authorization to work in the United States for this company
