Tasks

-Act as a trusted advisor to clients by demonstrating industry knowledge and company values. -Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts. -Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring consistent and proactive communication. -Resolve client concerns quickly and professionally to maintain trust and satisfaction. -Meet or exceed annual sales targets for: -Align with project and service teams on scheduling, resource planning, and capacity management. -Support seamless handoffs between sales and operations teams. -Develop and consistently optimize contract potential and ongoing management processes -Work closely with service managers, estimators, and technicians to deliver on customer expectations. -Develop and maintain strong relationships with preventive maintenance clients to drive satisfaction, retention, and referrals. -Represent the company professionally in all client, vendor, and industry interactions. -Reduce churn by addressing issues early and delivering consistent value through services. -Monitor and manage service delivery timelines and quality standards. -Participate in training and mentorship of junior sales staff or new account managers as needed. -Develop and implement a customer satisfaction tool to regularly monitor and improve client experience. -Ensure all preventive maintenance work sold is executable, profitable, and aligned with available operational resources. -Maintain a preventive maintenance contract renewal rate of 90% or higher.

What You Bring

-Valid Driver's license/driving record -A proven track record of sales and selling skills experience -4+ years (or more) of HVAC/R industry experience -Highly motivated and detail oriented -High School diploma or equivalent required. -Strong Written and Verbal Communication skills (Outlook)
