Tasks

-Conduct site inspections, testing, and performance monitoring of solar PV systems and associated equipment. -Maintain proper documentation and reporting of O&M activities, including daily/weekly maintenance logs. -Coordinate with engineering and project teams for technical issue resolution and performance improvements. -Identify and troubleshoot technical issues in inverters, modules, cables, junction boxes, and electrical panels. -Support the remote monitoring team in analyzing plant performance and addressing alerts or system faults. -Assist in replacement, cleaning, and testing of solar modules and electrical components when required. -Follow and ensure strict compliance with safety standards and electrical procedures during all operations. -Carry out routine and preventive maintenance of solar power plants to ensure maximum system uptime.

We are looking for passionate and dedicated Electricians / O&M Technicians / O&M Electrical Engineers to join our Operations & Maintenance team at Enerture Technologies Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining, operating, and troubleshooting solar power plants to ensure peak performance, safety, and reliability. -Self-motivated, safety-conscious, and capable of working independently or in a team. -Good understanding of DC/AC systems, grid connectivity, and fault identification. -Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters (string/central), transformers, and switchgear. -Ability to read and understand electrical drawings (SLDs, layouts, cable routing diagrams). -Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. -Willingness to travel to project sites and work under varying environmental conditions. -Exposure to large-scale ground-mounted and rooftop solar projects. -Familiarity with electrical testing tools like multimeters, insulation testers, and clamp meters.
