  • Client and team leadership skills, serving as the primary client contact across concurrent projects.
  • Proficiency in Revit, MS Project, and MS Office Suite.
  • Experience in architecture project management and construction administration.
  • MUST HAVE prior professional experience in retail, store, and/or rollout project experience.
  • 12+ years professional architecture experience with at least 4 years in a project management role most recently.
  • Strong background in interiors-focused retail architecture.
  • Strong detailing skills and familiarity with spec coordination.
  • Architecture license preferred.
  • Experience in financial oversight, managing budgets, billing, and fee negotiations.
