Architectural Project Manager

Description

• Support marketing efforts and proposal development.
• Lead project teams and manage client relationships.
• Mentor staff and ensure quality control.
• Coordinate design, documentation, and construction administration.
• Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, and delivery.

Requirements

• Ability to manage 150–250 interiors-focused projects annually across multiple accounts.
• Client and team leadership skills, serving as the primary client contact across concurrent projects.
• Proficiency in Revit, MS Project, and MS Office Suite.
• Experience in architecture project management and construction administration.
• MUST HAVE prior professional experience in retail, store, and/or rollout project experience.
• 12+ years professional architecture experience with at least 4 years in a project management role most recently.
• Strong background in interiors-focused retail architecture.
• Strong detailing skills and familiarity with spec coordination.
• Architecture license preferred.
• Experience in financial oversight, managing budgets, billing, and fee negotiations.
