Senior Resident Services Associate

Overview

Lead resident services team and manage daily operations of a Build-to-Rent development.

Tasks

-Support marketing and resident engagement initiatives, including events and communications -Oversee leasing and renewals, maintaining high levels of resident retention and occupancy -Manage maintenance requests, coordinate contractors, and ensure timely completion of works -Deliver first-class customer service to residents and guests, ensuring all enquiries are handled promptly and professionally -Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company processes and standards -Monitor and review performance, providing feedback and training to support team development -Manage move-ins, checkouts, inventories, and inspections to ensure a seamless resident experience -Liaise closely with central teams across finance, H&S, ESG, and learning & development -Lead, motivate and support the Resident Services Team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration -Maintain building security, cleanliness, and presentation standards

What You Bring

-ARLA, IRPM, or COSHH qualifications (desirable – training provided) -Understanding of health & safety and compliance requirements -Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills -Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and attention to detail -Proven experience in a customer-facing role within property, hospitality, or a similar environment -Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM/booking systems
