The Role

Overview

Support commercial managers with contracts, procurement, reporting and data management.

Tasks

-Assist with the preparation and maintenance of contract documentation, reports, and trackers. -Maintain accurate records of contract variations, change controls, and commercial correspondence. -Maintain commercial databases and ensure data integrity. -Assist with invoice reconciliation and resolving payment queries. -Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations and ensure timely delivery of goods/services. -Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external suppliers regarding commercial queries. -Support Commercial Managers in meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on actions. -Maintain procurement logs and ensure audit-ready documentation. -Raise and manage purchase orders in line with procurement policies. -Support the review and collation of monthly commercial reports including cost/value reconciliations, forecasts, and KPIs. -Support tendering activities including document preparation, bid evaluation coordination, and supplier onboarding. -Manage Applications for payments and support the commercial managers in processing

What You Bring

-Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines. -Previous experience in a commercial or procurement administrative role, ideally within FM or construction. -Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word. -Membership of our Affinity Networks who connect, support and inspire diverse communities within Amey
