Overview

Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage complex sales for NAM/LATAM.

Tasks

-Handles products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used. Sales processes require technical analysis and adaptation to client conditions. -Handles diverse clients in a region. -Manages complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally. Technical, economical, logistical and financial aspects are involved in creating a proposal. -Develop proposals; may negotiate with customers; ensure deals deliver shareholder value; drive competitive pricing. May include compiling and submitting required tender documentation.

-Be available to travel for business purposes world-wide -Have excellent presentation, communication and team building skills -Have proven negotiation skills and ability to influence multiple stakeholders -Be a self-starter, high motivation level, strong leadership skills -Have 3+ years of experience in a technical/commercial/Risk role, preferably developed in Oil & Gas Sectors -Possess innovative, process mindset and proven track of business impact -Have a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (Mechanical/Aeronautical preferred) -Have excellent commercial skills developed through negotiation experience and knowledge of customer financial drivers -Be able to define and lead changes -Be able to delegate and energize teams through inclusiveness and connection with people. -Have excellent commercial background in maintenance services contracts -Have excellent customer service mindset
