Tasks

-Assign task owners and follow up to ensure timely completion. -Establish and manage a meeting cadence that supports progress while minimizing unnecessary meetings. -Track key milestones and deliverables using Smartsheet or equivalent tools. -Ensure workflows are clear, documented, and accessible to all relevant parties. -Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to identify and resolve process gaps. -Provide superior client service -Organize working sessions to map/document responsibilities and workflows. -Coordinate forums for stakeholders to provide updates on their respective areas of responsibility. -Maintain a comprehensive program timeline across all client initiatives. -Support process improvement initiatives by gathering feedback and adjustments -Coordinate and maintain Smartsheet tools tailored for non-construction projects. -Serve as the keeper of RACI matrices and process documentation; update as needed. -Escalate missed deadlines or blockers to client and relevant stakeholders for resolution.
