Overview
Perform construction tasks, follow safety protocols, and collaborate on project crews.

Tasks
-Regularly lift and move objects up to 50 pounds -Document and report tasks as required -Perform physical tasks such as climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crawling, digging, and shoveling -Maintain concentration in a busy and noisy construction environment -Collaborate with the team on projects -Independently set and focus on daily and weekly goals -Follow and enforce applicable OSHA and company safety regulations -Travel to various project locations as required

What You Bring
-Completed First Aid/CPR Training Course within 6 months of employment (company sponsored). -One year of construction experience preferred -Reliable transportation to and from the work location every day -Current driver’s license, valid for the past consecutive 12 months -Comprehend and follow directions (verbal and hand-signaled) from the team lead -Completed 10-hour OSHA Training Course within 6 months of employment (company sponsored). -Ability to work in all types of weather conditions -High School Diploma or equivalent -Fluent in understanding and speaking English
