Tasks

-Provide coordination and leadership in procurement activities for assigned commodities engaging the business leadership team to develop sourcing programs / processes and deliver enhanced productivity. -Driving key sourcing initiatives through continuous improvement projects. -Drive proactive involvement in all functional activities related to sourcing to ensure that sourcing has upfront involvement in all new inquires and delivers solutions related to the assigned products. -Ensure supplier compliance with regulatory and reputation requirements. -Terms negotiations including payment terms and rebates -Achieve lowest possible cost at PO placement and Cash control -Responsible for all aspects related to vendors’ management and execution, from Supplier onboarding and update, Terms negotiations, scope of work transaction accuracy along with the PO-to-receipt-invoice cycle. -Drive and be accountable for operational excellence of assigned products/commodities.
